RELATE To CREATE

For the December IDG Community Gathering, Lisa Rombach and I (Michael Stadlober) would love to share a practice we’ve been developing and refining over the past months: RELATE To CREATE – a lab for everyone curious about tapping into creative energy through connection.

This work is inspired by modalities like Circling and We-Flow, yet it points in a different direction. Our intention is to move beyond personal insights gained through aware, authentic relating — toward acting, creating, manifesting. From resonance to movement. From “I get something” to “I make something”.

In this lab, we explore how relationship – with ourselves, with others, with the whole group – becomes a wellspring of creativity. When we meet each other with genuine presence, a space opens in which new ideas don’t need to be pushed; they naturally take shape and begin to move forward, step by step by step.
