120 minute IDG Masterclass

The Inner Development Goals were launched in Sweden in 2019 to enable more effective implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. The IDG have since become a widespread global initiative with Costa Rica formally incorporating them into its constitution, the UN training its employees in alignment with the IDG, and global corporations, including Google and Ikea supporting them. 

In this 120-minute masterclass, you will be guided through the framework of the Inner Development Goals, including the 5 dimensions —Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting—compromising of 23 capacities. You will gain insight from best practice examples, illustrating how the IDG can already be integrated into everyday corporate life. Engage in breakout sessions for a unique opportunity to network directly with like-minded leaders and reflect together on possible applications within your organisation’s culture.
