A Space to Arrive

Anchoring our living field & navigating into the new year together.

We would like to dedicate the first hub meeting to what is present for you right now. To come together and meet yourself and others – in ways that we have already cultivated in this circle – authentically and from the heart.

Flocking is a method of co-regulating the nervous system. We want to give time and space to stop, soften, feel into our bodies and generate a field of regeneration, from where we can then meet the complexities and difficulties with more ease, support and clarity.
