Driving change through the power of anger

Anger often has a bad reputation. Many of us have learnt to suppress it, avoid it or view it as something dangerous. Yet anger is far more than an unpleasant feeling – it is a powerful energy that shows us where boundaries are being crossed, where needs remain unmet, and where change is possible.
At this Community Evening, we’ll explore together a mindful and constructive way of dealing with anger. Instead of directing it against ourselves or others, we’ll learn to recognise its power, express it, and use it for the things that really matter to us.
