Join us for an embodied IDG experience where movement becomes insight and presence becomes practice.

Authentic Movement (AM) is a movement meditation practice rooted in Jungian psychology. Through intuitive motion and embodied speech, the unconscious is invited to become visible. In the dynamic relationship between moving and witnessing, between seeing and being seen, an inner witness emerges - the capacity to observe oneself with clarity, compassion, and presence.

In this practice, we awaken some of the core IDG capacities: self-awareness, empathy, collaboration, creativity, and courageous action.
